Welcome

Mike is a Wealth Management Advisor with the Estate Strategies Group. The focus of his practice is working with high net worth individuals in their efforts to develop a financial plan that aligns with their unique vision, values, and goals. He works with his clients on strategies to enable them to achieve their estate planning objectives, including the tax-efficient transfer of wealth to family members and charities. The goal is to utilize strategies that eliminate or reduce gift taxes that impede the planning process while maintaining client control of all major assets.

Our range of clients is from young, growing entrepreneurs with “start-ups”, or Private Equity participants, to mature families with substantial assets that are looking to protect younger generations against transfer tax erosion. We specialize in the design and packaging of large life insurance portfolios to facilitate wealth transfer. In some cases, we work with the Concierge Planning Group in the Home Office of Northwestern Mutual, a dedicated team of experts from across the company providing in-depth case consultation and plan design tailored to the client's unique situation. We work with Legal, Tax, and Accounting as well as Fee Only Advisory professionals to help families achieve their goals.

Mike also has extensive experience in the area of premium financing, which can help his clients fund the most cost-effective strategy identified within their estate plan. Mike is also a frequent lecturer on estate and trust topics. He has been a featured speaker at numerous industry events and in-house seminars. Mike is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of New York City and of New York State Society of Financial Professionals.
